I am a Network/Communication supporting staff. I monitor the traffic exchange by the connected ISPs. I also, notify if there is a downtime in their network. IXPN has gone far into making broadband available to all end-users and help i reducing the latency on their network. We are also into video-conferencing, e-commerce, content hosting to mention but afew.
